Terms of Use

ExAi is currently a private project operated by Apoorv Kohli, C20 Shakti Nagar Extension, Delhi-110052, India, not by a registered company. You must be at least 18, capable of entering a binding agreement and authorized to act for any organization you connect to the service.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the beta for evaluation and legitimate event-related work. The beta is free. No paid plan, service-level commitment or promise of continued availability is offered.

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and booth links, use only data and content you are authorized to process, give required notices, obtain valid consent where requested, respond to data-subject requests for data you control, and comply with law. Organizers and exhibitors remain responsible for imported records, capture forms, follow-up activity and staff access.

Do not bypass access controls; scrape or expose personal data; impersonate others; upload malware or unlawful content; interfere with the service; infringe rights; send spam; or use AI output as the sole basis for legal, employment, credit, health, insurance or similarly high-impact decisions.

You retain rights in content you submit and grant the operator a limited license to host, process, transform and display it only to operate, secure and support the beta. You confirm you have the necessary rights. Feedback may be used to improve the project without payment unless agreed separately.

AI-generated material may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Verify important facts and decisions. ExAi does not guarantee that output is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.

The Privacy Notice and AI Data Policy explain data handling and form part of these terms.

The operator may suspend access to protect people or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law or end the beta. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time, subject to organization ownership transfer and limited lawful retention described in the Privacy Notice.

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Aggregate direct liability is limited to INR 1,000, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator's place of residence in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection law gives you rights in another forum.
